Masar Association was founded in 2005 with the aim of contributing to local and national development processes and the advancement of society.

Masar envisions a secular and inclusive State where every human being is actively engaged, enjoys public freedoms, and where the rule of law is respected and abided by.

Masar’s programs are based on human rights and the promotion of citizenship while empowerment and advocacy are key approaches in its work.

Masar cooperates with youth as an initial point of contact since it profoundly believes in their abilities.

In its communal work, Masar mobilizes young people and empowers them to act as agents of change in their local communities.
