Dustin Muriel, aka DUSTY, is an American emo rap artist born December 23, 1999, in Boca Raton, Florida. Growing up in Parkland, FL, and later Dallas, TX, he started creating music as "dustinmuriel" around 2014-2017. As a teen, he posted raw, guitar-heavy tracks like "BURN" (feat. RONEN), "WASTE YOUR TIME," and "Catch the vibe" and more on SoundCloud, blending 90s alt-rock (Radiohead, Smashing Pumpkins) with lo-fi hip-hop. His 2017 Dallas live debut at WINTER WONDER FEST showcased his energetic, guitar-driven style. Transitioning to DUSTY, he dropped the hit "INSECTS" (2019, 11M+ Spotify streams) and siix EP. Signing with Polar Culture in 2020, he worked with Marshmello on UNDERGROWTH (2022). Now he has his own label called "Tellariot"
