When I was perimenopausal I gained over 25 pounds. I struggled for months to lose fat with no success. Regular workouts were no longer effective against processed food, sugar, and late-night snacking with Netflix. I also sat behind a desk for more than 8 hours a day and the stress often caused restless nights.

Once I learned how to combat cravings and execute the right habits, I eventually lost the fat while keeping true to myself.
