Hi I'm Finn. A writer, creator and late-discovered AuDHD trans man sharing honest conversations about transition, chronic illness, identity and the ongoing process of becoming myself.

This channel is where I talk openly about discovering I was trans, autistic, and ADHD later in life, alongside navigating ME/CFS, PoTS, and mental health challenges.

But more than that, it's a space to explore what happens when you begin to understand yourself differently after decades of trying to fit in.

A lot of what I share is about letting go of who I thought I had to be, making sense of my body and mind, and slowly giving myself permission to live in ways that actually fit.

Not about fixing or optimising, but about unmasking, self-understanding, and learning to live more gently in a body and brain that work differently.
