Most content will feature a Blackstone griddle, however I love cooking on The Big Green Egg, Instapot, and even in the oven!

A few items I love to cook on the Blackstone griddle is breakfast food, steaks, pork chops, and anything else that may pop into my head.

Being from North Carolina, I love some barbeque. So I'll cook some tasty barbecue on the Big Green Egg, as well as steaks, chicken, and pork dishes.
